  • 2025 (October) – Substitute candidate n. 2 for Iniciativa Liberal (IL) in the list Por ti, Lisboa – MOEDAS 2025 (PPD/PSD, CDS-PP, IL) to the Assembly of the Parish (Assembleia de Freguesia) of São Vicente, Municipality of Lisbon, in the Portuguese municipal election (eleições autárquicas) of 12 October 2025.
  • 2024 (March) – Candidate for PAN – People-Animals-Nature Party (People-Animals-Nature) in the Lisbon electoral constituency for the snap parliamentary elections of 10 March 2024. 
  • 2022 (January) – Candidate in the Lisbon constituency for the Portuguese parliament (Assembleia da República) in the list of PAN – Pessoas-Animais-Natureza (People-Animals-Nature) at the early legislative elections of 30 January 2022.
  • 2021 (September) – Top of the list of PAN –Pessoas-Animais-Natureza (People-Animals-Nature) to the Assembly of the Parish of São Vicente, Municipality of Lisbon, in the local elections of 26 September 2021.
  • 2013 (February) – Candidate premier for the Pirate Party ('The Pirates') and top of the list to the Senate in the Lombardy Region constituency at the Italian legislative elections.

  • 2011 (October) – Founder and chairman of the Pirate Party (later re-named 'The Pirates').

  • 2009 (June) – Candidate Mayor of Nosate (MI) and councilman of Bedero Valcuvia (VA) in the Italian local elections.
  • 2007 (September) – Co-founder of the Citizens' Political Movement (Movimento Politico dei Cittadini, MPC) headed by Hon. Sen. Fernando Rossi; member of the National Committee.
  • 2006 (June) – Member of the referendum committee against the reform of the second part of the Italian Constitution.
  • 2006 (May) – Political cooperation agreement with the national Socialist leader Vittorio 'Bobo' Craxi, Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs in Prodi II Cabinet.
  • 2006 (May) – Top of the Socialists–Liberaldemocrats list for the City council of Milano - the most voted among all candidates - in the Italian local elections.
  • 2006 (April) – Candidate to the Chamber of Deputies (Italian Parliament) in the list of Italy of Values (Italia dei Valori, IdV) in the Italian legislative elections; top of the list in the 3rd Lombardy constituency; candidate also in the 1st and 2nd Lombardy constituency and in the 1st Veneto constituency.
  • 2006 (January) – Political cooperation agreement with the chairman of Italy of Values (Italia dei Valori, IdV), Hon. MP Antonio Di Pietro, then Minister of Infrastructures of Prodi II Cabinet. Appointed member of the National Committee of the IdV, refuses assignment.
  • 2005 (June) – Member of the referendum committee for the abrogation of Law No. 40/2004 on medically assisted procreation.
  • 2005 (April) – Candidate president of the Lombardy Region for Liberaldemocrats (Liberaldemocratici) gets 14.000 ballots.
  • 2004 (June) – Sponsor of the list of Liberaldemocrats (Liberaldemocratici) for the election of the President and the district council of Milano in the Italian local elections, supporting incumbent Hon. Ombretta Colli (former Italian and European MP) – European MP Pietro Mennea (former 200 meters world recordman and 5-time Olympian) was on the list of the Liberaldemocrats.
  • 2003 (November) – Founder and chairman of the Federation of the Liberaldemocrats (Federazione dei Liberaldemocratici - LD).
  • 2003 (October) – Appointed coordinator for the district of Milano and member of the Lombardy region committee of the Pact of Liberal Democrats (Il Patto dei Liberaldemocratici); refuses assignment.
  • 2003 (October) – Organising Coordinator of the National Election Platform Conference of the Pact of Liberal Democrats (Il Patto dei Liberaldemocratici).
  • 2003 (June) – Founding member of Pact of Liberal Democrats (Il Patto dei Liberaldemocratici), conceived by former Italian and European MP Hon. Mario Segni – son of former President of the Italian Republic Antonio Segni – and by former speaker of Senate and Minister of Defence, Hon. Carlo Scognamiglio. Founder and president of the first party club in Milano was appointed honorary president after resignation from office in July 2004.
  • 2002 (December) – Coordinator of the committee on 'Culture and Entertainment' for the 2004 election platform conference of the Greens (Federazione dei Verdi, FdV or I Verdi), appointed by party chairman Hon. MP Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio (then Minister of Environment in the Amato Cabinet).
  • 2002 (May) – Speaker of the 'Culture and Entertainment Forum' of the Federation of the Greens (Federazione dei Verdi, FdV or I Verdi).
  • 2001 (December)-2003 (June) – Member of the district committee of Milan of the Federation of the Greens (Federazione dei Verdi, FdV or I Verdi); appointed as district commissioner by the chairman of the Greens Hon. MP Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio, refuses assignment.
  • 2001 (13 May)-2006 (28 May) – City councillor of the 8th Municipality of Milano. Chairman of the Budget Committee until December 2003.
  • 2001 – Founding member of the 'Greens, Ecologists and Reformers' area of the Federation of the Greens (Federazione dei Verdi, FdV or I Verdi); delegate at the National Congress and main sponsor of two congressional motions.
