I am glad to announce that the final version of the 10th Annual Conference on International Studies (CESRAN2023) program is released. The conference will be held in hybrid modality through Zoom platform. I will chair Panel 4 on Energy Diplomacy and Security Policies, Tuesday 12 September 18:00-19:30 (UTC/GMT +01:00), at Auditorium 1, Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL). The panel features presentations by Carlo Frappi, Roxana Andrei and Dimitar Atanasov, Ana Belén Perianes, Iancu Miruna Mădălina and Moldovan Bogdaa, and Farian Sabahi.
