- 2025/2026 – Expert evaluator (Contract_CT-EX2021D418910-101) for the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Networks call 2025 (HORIZON-MSCA-2025-DN-01-01), panel ECO-SOC (Economic & Social Sciences and Humanities), hired by the European Research Executive Agency (REA), a funding body mandated by the European Commission to support the EU Research and Innovation policy.

- 15/06/2020-15/06/2022 – Cyberdefence and Cybersecurity Expert within a consortium composed of 15 organisations from 8 EU Member States and co-author, as CINAMIL member, of the report on the PANDORA-EDIDP project (grant agreement No. EDIDP-CSAMN-SSS-2019-006-PANDORA), a cyber defence platform financed by the European Commission (EC) within the first European Defence Industrial Development Programme (EDIDP) call.
- 21/01/2020-31/10/2021 – Cyberdefence and cybersecurity expert within a consortium composed by GMVIS Skysoft SA (GMV, Portugal), the Research Centre of the Portuguese Military Academy (CINAMIL) and Vedette Consulting Ltd (Ireland), on the projects 'AI in Cyber Defence Exercises' and 'Cybersecurity in the Defence Supply Chain' commissioned by the European Defence Agency (EDA) under the framework contract for the provision of 'Cyber Defence Capability Development Services', Lot I - Cyber Defence Requirements Engineering (EDA ITT/RFQ Ref. 19.CAT.OP.302).
